Nose Sculpting Injection

Nose sculpting injections, also known as non-surgical rhinoplasty or liquid rhinoplasty, involve the use of dermal fillers to alter the shape and contours of the nose temporarily. The procedure begins with a thorough consultation between the patient and a qualified and experienced practitioner, typically a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. During this consultation, the practitioner assesses the nasal anatomy, discusses the patient’s aesthetic goals, and determines if the individual is a suitable candidate for the procedure. Once agreed upon, the treatment area is cleaned, and a topical anesthetic or numbing cream is applied to minimize discomfort during the injection process.

The practitioner then strategically injects the dermal filler, which typically includes hyaluronic acid-based products, to specific areas of the nose to smooth out bumps, enhance the nasal bridge, correct asymmetry, or refine the nasal tip. This is done with careful and precise injections, using either a fine needle or a cannula to sculpt the nose to the desired shape. The process is generally quick, often taking around 15 to 30 minutes. Following the injections, the practitioner may gently mold the filler to ensure an even distribution and to achieve the desired aesthetic outcome. Post-procedure, patients might experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising, which usually resolves within a few days. Results are immediate and typically last between 6 to 18 months, depending on the type of filler used and the individual's metabolism. Regular follow-up appointments may be recommended to assess the results and plan for future treatments if needed.
