Hiko Nose Thread Lift

The Hiko Nose Thread Lift is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure aimed at enhancing the shape and contour of the nose. The procedure begins with the application of a topical anesthetic cream to numb the area, minimizing discomfort during the treatment. Once the area is numbed, the practitioner marks the points on the nose where the threads will be inserted, ensuring precise placement for an optimal result. Using a fine, hollow needle or cannula, absorbable PDO (polydioxanone) threads are carefully inserted into the subcutaneous tissue. These threads act as a scaffold that lifts and molds the nasal structure, offering a more defined and elevated appearance without the need for invasive surgery.

The entire process typically takes about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of the case and the number of threads used. After the threads are placed, any excess material is trimmed, and the treatment area is gently massaged to ensure the threads are positioned correctly. The PDO threads stimulate collagen production over time, providing prolonged support and enhanced results as they gradually dissolve within six to eight months. Patients can expect minimal downtime, with some experiencing slight swelling or bruising that resolves within a few days. Final outcomes usually manifest within a few weeks, providing a natural-looking nasal enhancement that can last up to a year or more.
