A forehead lift, also known as a brow lift, is a cosmetic surgical procedure aimed at reducing wrinkles and creases on the forehead, as well as repositioning sagging eyebrows to create a more youthful and refreshed appearance. The procedure begins with the administration of anesthesia, either general or local with sedation, to ensure the patient’s comfort. Depending on the specific technique chosen by the surgeon, incisions are made either at the hairline or within the hair-bearing scalp. One common technique is the endoscopic forehead lift, where small incisions are made behind the hairline, and an endoscope (a specialized camera) is inserted to allow the surgeon to visualize the underlying tissues.
