Growing up, I had always been insecure about how small my breasts were. I had often thought about getting breast augmentation surgery, but I was scared of going under the knife and worried about the cost. I moved to Korea from the US in my early 20s and would look up plastic surgery clinics, but I never found one that I liked. Then, as my 30th birthday approached, I finally found the perfect clinic. Seojin Plastic Surgery (서진성형외과) stood out amongst the hoards of plastic surgery clinics in Seoul.

First of all, the facilities are not only clean, but they’re also aesthetically beautiful. The warm lighting makes you feel welcome while also taking away the feeling that you’re in a hospital. Second of all, they are very patient with you as you go through the consultation process. They are so informative, allowing you to try each implant size on (in a sports bra) and by using their 3D modeling technology to show you an approximation of what the results will look like. Thirdly, Dr. Lee Hyeong-min (이형민원장님) was very sweet and gentle. At first, I was a little wary because he is a male doctor, but he made me feel very safe and cared for. Lastly, the follow-up care is unheard of. They have you come in for follow-up appointments to check how you’re healing and to offer therapy that aids in your healing process.

During my consultation, I told them I wanted a natural look and a natural feel. I decided on Motiva Mini (모티바 미니) - their best-selling implant brand. These implants are filled with gel to provide that natural look, and they’re reasonably priced!! They asked if I wanted to have them insert them through an incision in my armpits or an incision underneath my breasts, and they asked if I wanted to have them insert it over or under the muscle layer. After hearing their thorough explanation on the pros and cons of all my options, I decided on having them insert the implants underneath my breasts and underneath the muscle.

I could not be more satisfied. I felt absolutely no pain following surgery, and the only discomfort I felt was from not being able to go bra-less for a month. For the first month, I was worried they looked too big. But as the swelling went down over the 3 months following surgery, they became more and more natural-looking. It has now been over 6 months and my breasts now have that natural teardrop/ski slope shape and yet still look perky! The scars have faded to the point where I can barely see them, and to top it off, I have absolutely zero stretch marks. I highly recommend Seojin Plastic Surgery!!

I've been to Seojin a few times before and hve had a spectacular experience every time, so i knew ! wanted to come back for a surgery that is an important as this one. Doctor Lee is super nice and meticulous about everything, and the staff are always super welcoming. I was honestly pretty nervous, but felt a lot better after seeing the design and talking with Doctor Lee about the whole process. It's only been one week since the surgery but I can already tell that it's exactly what I wanted!
After my firsy visit, they even gave me a brochure detailing how many hairs were taken from where and by who. I'm looking forward to going back next week and the week after to finish the recovery program!

It's been 4 months since I underwent my dream breast surgery!

On December 30th of last year, to end the year with a fresh start, I decided to under go breast surgery at Seojin Plastic Surgery. I can't believe it's been already 4 months! Hehe.

Having known so many women who chose Mentor implants, I naturally gravitated toward the same brand and ultimately decided on the Mentor Extra.

Even before the surgery, the final shape was my priority, so I read plenty of reviews before making my decision. I chose Seojin PS because I wanted a natural-looking result.

Just as I've read previously in many reviews, Dr. Lee Hyung-Min explains everything in a calm and detailed manner, making the whole process easy to understand. He was very thorough during the consultation. Since my chest width is bigger than average, I was really torn between the 4cm and 5cm sizes. I’m so grateful that everyone was considerate enough to prepare for both options and let me make my decision on the day of the surgery. Thank you so much! Hehe.

Finally, I've opted for the more natural, 4cm size option which was the Mentor Extra 350cc. Now, 3 months later, I’m extremely satisfied with the results, so I’ve decided to share my experience here! Hehe

The clinic was spotless, and both the doctor and the entire staff were incredibly friendly. Having an anesthesiologist on hand also helped put my mind at ease, and the aftercare was outstanding. I highly recommend Seojin Plastic Surgery!

First of all, I’ve always had thin hair from the beginning, which made it look balding already. On top of that, I have a family history of hair loss, so I started noticing hair thinning at a relatively young age.

As I got older, I started worrying that I might actually end up bald, so I began looking into hair transplants. After researching clinics known for crown hair loss treatments, I decided to go with Seojin Plastic Surgery. It’s been 8 months since my transplant.

If you’ve experienced crown hair loss, you know the struggle. My hat was practically attached to my body—I couldn’t leave home without one. But now, after the transplant, I don’t need a hat anymore! I can run my hands through my hair when it’s hot, and I can style it the way I want. These are things I never thought I’d get to enjoy again, and I’m so grateful to Dr. Lee!

At 8 months post-surgery, my hair looks so natural that no one would even know I had a transplant. The growth has settled in perfectly, and I’m so happy with the results. I also added scalp micropigmentation around my crown, so the area looks fuller and more voluminous, with no sparse, balding spots. I plan to visit again in a year for a follow-up and might share my review again then!

It’s hard to believe it’s already been over a year since my hair transplant at Seojin. I had a transplant about 6 years ago, but I wasn’t satisfied with the density and hairline, so I decided to go for a revision at Seojin.

As you can see in the photos, the results are fantastic, and the grafts have taken well. What made me even happier was that there were no additional costs for the revision surgery! I also love how the lowered hairline helps cover my big forehead, making my face look smaller. 😄

I had heard great things about Dr. Lee Hyung-Min’s attention to detail, and during my consultation, he was incredibly kind and thorough. I really appreciated how he took the time to consider everything from a patient’s perspective.

After the surgery, I had regular check-ups at the clinic. They also offer a 4-week graft survival program, including hair growth injections, which likely contributed to the success of my transplant!

Now, I love looking at my hair in the mirror, and I’m thrilled with the results. It’s been a wonderful experience!
